Process for the creation of our legend

BACKGROUND

EVAGA is the brand of Ultra-Premium artisanal Tequila that opens its way in the national market since 2005, with a conservative-traditional image in its own semi artisan bottle. Building an emotional connection of respect, elegance, quality and excellent taste with the adult and young adult market, with its four Tequila presentations; Blaco, reposado, añejo and Extra añejo, 100% pure Blue Agave “Tequilana Weber”.

AGAVE

The agave is received from our fields, to later make the cut of it and take it to our factory.

RECEPTION

We carry a cautious and perfect selection for the production of the best tequila.

COOKING

Our cooking process has a period of 10 hours at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius.

EXTRACTION

We extract the agave juices using a special tearing system of the agave pineapples.

FERMENTATION

Must specially create in our production house where we carry out the fermentation which is anaerobic.

DISTILLATION

We distill the agave juices in 3 stages in which we obtain our tequila.

VALIDATION

We have a special care in our products so it is cautiously reviewed by our tequila masters.

PACKAGING

Process in which we have a very special care as it is the presentation of our tequila, respecting and meeting the quality standards.

REPOSADO

Rested 12 months in barrels of American white oak inside our caves, achieving an exquisite flavor.

AÑEJAMIENTO

We keep it in a 24 month rest in American white oak barrels in our cellars looking to get the best taste of our tequila.

EXTRA AÑEJO

Our special recipe of the house in which we have a very important care because it has a period of aging of 48 months in barrels of American white Oak added to that we eliminate loud noises and replace them by classical music to improve its Result.
